Bingos generate a portion of the Community League's revenue each year.  KCL bingos will be held at Parkway Bingo Hall, 8775 - 51 Avenue.

Volunteers that work a bingo may receive a $50.00 voucher for afternoon or evening shifts and $25.00 for late night bingos.

Vouchers may be used towards many Kenilworth Community League sports or programs (ie., soccer, pilates, playschool fees, etc.), other community league programs, or to a non-profit organization which holds a bingo license (ie. North SEERA Hockey,  Figure 8 Skating, Ortona Gymnastics, Amanda's Dance, Dance Alberta, Hardisty Leisure Centre, etc.)

Volunteers that work 5 hour shifts receive a free meal and beverage.  Those who work a 2 hour late night shift may have a free light snack or beverage.  Bingo workers may be compensated for babysitting only if required in order for them to work the bingo, and only if an outside the home or non-family babysitter.

Did you know?  Often volunteers say they will work a bingo and either do not show up or call to cancel at the last minute.  Not only does this cause the Bingo Chairperson a lot of stress, but it also costs the community league money with a fine if the minimum number of workers required by the gaming commission are not present.  Please do your community a favour and keep your commitment.  If you cannot work due to a true emergency, please try to find your own replacement and do not be AWOL!

If you can volunteer to work a bingo, please call Diane @  463-5334.  Leave a message with your name, callback number and the date you can volunteer.

Can't work but like to play?  Come down to the Parkway Bingo Hall at 8775 - 51 Avenue and help support Kenilworth.
